Adekunle Gold, and here are
seven crazy things he did
before he becoming big.

1. While growing up, Adekunle
sold his dog for N700 to buy a
Mario game. Trust his African
parents, he was beaten to a
pulp.
2. He once sold CDs in traffic when
he was part of The Bridge group.
3. He had such a crush on Tiwa
Savage and Tolu ‘Toolz’ Oniru
that he decided to Photoshop
himself with them.
4. The first time he went to a club,
he went along with gala and
bottled water.
5. He once trekked from Maryland
to Ikeja in order to save money for
a studio session
6. He left his salary paying job (as
a Brand Manager/Director) to
pursue a career in music.
7. He paid a taxi driver man to pick
up a lady to the movies while he
trekked and was beaten by rain.
After the movies, he had to call
another taxi driver to pick up the
lady while he took a bike home.
