Nigerian Rap prodigee, Lil Power
has once again changed stage
name to Lyrical Power .
The youngster who said He took
the decision to change the name
after fans, OAPs,Djs, the Press,and
the public still refered to him as
"Little" Power.
However, it could be recalled that
few months back the Rapper made
a post on his Twitter account to
clear the air on the same issue only
for it to still continue.
So he finally decided to make the
"LIL" the full meaning.
Even if the name Lyrical Power
looks long as rumoured by some
fans.
He still prefers it because it depicts
the real meaning and
characteristics of him.
And all materials carrying "Lil
Power " is still his property.
In his words;
" There 've been a lot of controvesy
about the L.I.L abbreviation which to
me it means Lyrical but others aren't
taking it that way...
So i rather answer the full name, And
am not sure of making a change in the
near future but one thing about life is
that change is constant tho.
So From now am Officially Lyrical
Power although it will take time before
the name Lil Power eventually leaves
their lips."
The Rapper who has done a
number of tracks and collaborative
effort with labelmate Raylyrics
under the duet name 'RL Brodaz'
still holds the right of performance
on materials that bear the
inscription "Lil Power".
