GIST: Wizkid postpones planned concert in Nigeria, Uganda
Wizkid is going to break a
lot of fans' heart with the
news of his planned
concert in Nigeria being
postponed for health
reasons.
Putting up the post on Twitter, the
Star singer explains that doctors
have advised him strongly to cancel
all rest of scheduled dates for the
year and January 2017 so as not to
breakdown after a very eventful year.
Wiz had initially planned a
December 30th Lagos concert at the
Eko Convention Centre and a
January 1st concert at the New Afrika
Shrine.
He also apparently had a planned
Ugandan concert which has now
been put off.
This development will be affecting
some other events where the singer
has been billed to headline in
Nigeria such as the annual rhythm
unplugged concert scheduled for
December 23, 2016.
