GIST: Wizkid & His Manager’s Arrest Warrant Issued By Ugandan Court
Wizkid was initially billed to do
a number of shows this Yuletide
season, but the singer cancelled
all due to health reasons.
The Star Boy in a series of tweets
apologized for annulling
concerts he was billed to
perform in December and
January as advised by his
doctors.
Now news has it that a Ugandan
Court has issued an arrest
warrant for Wizkid and his
manager Sunday Are for failure
of the music star to appear for
the concert he was fully booked
and paid.
According to papers from the
prosecutor Wizkid was allegedly
paid the some of $60,000 via his
manager Sunday Are. The
singer’s manger was also paid a
brokerage fee of $5000 and
$3000 being per diem for his
stay in the country.
